Process to Recover SSO ID
Step 1: To recover your Rajasthan SSO ID, visit the SSO ID Recovery page at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgotsd. Select one of the authentication modes used during the registration process, such as Aadhaar, Jan Aadhaar, Google, etc.
Step 2: After selecting the relevant authentication mode, enter the document number (e.g., Aadhaar number, Jan Aadhaar number), and click Next. You will receive your SSO ID/Username on your registered email ID from the Rajasthan SSO team.

You can also recover your SSO ID by sending an SMS from your registered mobile number.

Process to Recover SSO Password
Step 1: To recover your Rajasthan SSO password, visit the SSO Password Recovery page at https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in/forgot.
Step 2: Enter your SSO ID/Username in the designated field. Select either the mobile or email option, and provide the respective mobile number or email ID registered with the SSO portal.
Step 3: Enter the Captcha code as displayed on the screen and click Submit. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or email ID. Enter the OTP and click Validate OTP.
That’s it! Your password will be reset and sent to you via mobile number or email ID. Use this default password to log in to the portal, and then set a new password in the profile section.
